After an order has been placed with us and we've progressed to the initial project meeting the following information will be gathered:
  • Site Plans Site
  • Survey Customer Feature requirements
  • Client Training Requirements
  • Customer acceptance of the requirements (sign off)

During the process:

  • Site work checklist
  • Wiring Schedules and plans
  • Network Liaison Floor layout of termination points
  • Applicable Network Diagrams

We will communicate regularly with all relevant parties, track the project and activities and provide documentation if required.
