After an order has been placed
with us and we've progressed to the initial project meeting the
following information will be gathered:
- Site Plans Site
- Survey Customer Feature requirements
- Client Training Requirements

Customer acceptance of the requirements (sign off)
During the
process:
- Site work checklist
- Wiring Schedules and plans
- Network Liaison Floor
layout of termination points
- Applicable Network Diagrams
We will communicate regularly with all relevant
parties, track the project and activities and
provide documentation if required.
