Remote PC Support Tool 

  Your browser should automatically open the Remote Support Tool. If it does not, click here to launch the tool. Please choose "Run" to run the tool, then choose "Run" when the security warning pops up. You will then be directed by the support engineer on which link to click on to remotely connect.   
  If you are not allowed by your firewall to download the .exe file this links to you can download the zipped version here. You will have to save it to your hard drive, extract it, and run it manually.
